I am shopping for an amplified telephone and would appreciate learning from anyone who has had experience buying/ using one.
So far I am leaning towards a Clearsounds A55.
   Thanks

hey, Im looking to sell my Clarity C4210, its a good phone. Had it for less than 6 months. Why am I selling it, you ask?  Grin BECAUSE I CAN HEAR NOW! Im so excited. I had surgery in my left ear. And Im at 95% now. My other ear surgery will be in 6months on my right ear. Now i have this $200 dollar phone thats too loud. Im going to sell it for $100. It has a 5 year warranty too. I think I still have the original box as well. Let me know if you would like to buy it. You can probly google the name and number to research the phone, if you are interested. Comment back, if you are interested and we can arrange something. Good luck on your phone search, sorry I dont know anything about that other phone. Just this one.

The C4230 is now on sale!

This amplified phone offers an answering machine for user ease.
Many times, people speak too quickly for people with any level of hearing loss to hear properly.
This answering machine allows you to slow down the messages and hearing every word and every syllable as needed.
The handset can be amplified up to 50decibels, also there is a seperate tone control, for optimum definition of vocal clarity.

The C4230 has a bright LED flashing ring notification on both the handset and the base. It has a large display screen for memory dialing and caller ID.
This is expendable for up to 3 different handsets.

Go to www.dsi-hearingassist.com and search C4230.

I will be happy to answer any questions about this phone, or any other amplified/TTY phones to the best of my ability.

Millions have found that phones made especially for people with hearing loss are just enough of an assist to enable them to successfully adapt without needing hearing aids. There are several options available, depending on the type and degree of hearing loss.
